SAFETY YEAR

A safety year aims at:
・ To raise awareness among all employees of the specific risks of the company
・ Organize one module per month, tailored to the specific needs of the company throughout the year
・ To propose a theme that brings its staff together;

You offer one year of continuous training to your staff (per group of 15 people to ensure interactivity within the group

No admission requirement

Throughout the safety year, different themes can be discussed.

The ideal is to vary the themes so as not to tire and to succeed in involving everyone in activities rich with teachings.

It is possible, for example, to set up different awareness workshops to choose from our range:
・Safety: Rescue, use of defibrillator, fire fighting,...
・ Management: conflict management, team cohesion, communication, ...

Any other topic can be discussed.

This list is not exhaustive.
Each workshop will be adapted to the company’s demand in terms of duration and content.
