Recycling Staff Leader -Ruled Royal May 23, 2018 -16h

Since December 2, 2011, a member of the managerial staff must be in possession of a "personal recycling certificate" before being able to apply for an identification card. The certificate of leadership retraining must be issued during the 2-year period preceding the application for an identification card. This requirement is applicable only to persons who have a certificate of personal leadership type A (strategic leader) or type B (operational leader) over 5 years.

Meet the admission requirements set out in Article 9 of the Royal Decree of 23/05/2018 on the conditions of training, professional experience and aptitude, the conditions for a psychotechnical examination for exercising a managerial, executive or commercial position in a security company, an internal security service or a training organization and their organization such as:

• have provided an extract of criminal record of maximum 6 months (no convictions - including abroad)
• to be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation and to have his principal residence there
• minimum age: 18 years old
• Have a certificate of general strategic leadership, a certificate of operational leadership or the certificate of competence-sales representative

• The regulations published or reworked in recent years and relating to private security: 8 hours
• Related legislation: 8 hours

• Criminal record extract for a profession in security (referred to in article 596, paragraph 1 of the CIC), dating from maximum six months.
